About James
James Rodriguez founded High Roller Legal with a single mission: to give injury victims the aggressive, trial-ready representation they deserve. Over his 20+ year career, he has recovered more than $100 million for clients facing insurance companies, negligent corporations, and healthcare systems.
Before founding the firm, James worked as a defense attorney for one of Nevada's largest insurance carriers. This experience gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, build defenses, and make settlement decisions. He now uses that knowledge against them.
James believes that thorough preparation is the foundation of every successful case. His approach—preparing every case as if it will go to trial—has earned the respect of opposing counsel and judges throughout Nevada.
